  • We help to unlock your existing investment in Workday and can give advanced analytics at a fraction of the cost. In addition, our tool is built flexibly to support use cases (for example, with frontline workers) that would require expensive and time intensive customization within Workday.

  • We’re typically 1/10th the price and 1/10th the time of trying to solve this yourself. Beyond time to insights, there are additional benefits to using Illoominus, like:

  • While we’re recovering consultants ourselves, Illoominus is a data + analytics platform. While it’s important to have many pieces of the puzzle, we solve the tech + data side.

  • We typically work with customers for at least a year through an annual subscription. This way, you are regularly reviewing data and have the chance to measure the impact of new initiatives. Our first customer is still a customer so many of our customers are longterm partners.

  • Illoominus stores aggregated and anonymized data and do not touch an organization’s personally identifiable information (PII). Therefore, we are GDPR compliant. This is important to us as a company as we ask for additional sensitive information from employees in geographies where there may be more sensitivity and we want to make sure the employees are protected. In addition, in the European context, we’re able to put in servers in EU through AWS.

  • Our goal is to bring down your time to insights. We usually get new customers within the platform within a number of weeks. Unlike many people analytics products on the market, we do not require any dedicated developer resources to implement.

    • Automated insights: Using NLP, we interpret key takeaways, presenting the story at your fingertips. This includes correlations on why individuals may be leaving by combining engagement and HRIS data.

    For example on the last point- we were recently able to work with a retail customer who was challenged with unmanaged attrition. We were able to demonstrate ideal # of hours for part time workers and which trainings they could proactively target in locations with higher attrition within 2 weeks of working together. This is allowing us to help measure the impact of their initiatives bringing down their $100M cost of attrition annually
