Noelle London
Founder and CEO
Noelle spent over a decade supporting early- and growth-stage startups getting ready to launch her own. She saw an opportunity to bring together her economics background to solve real workforce challenges after seeing firsthand how fragmented HR data was holding people teams back from strategic decision-making. A Peace Corps alum and lifelong builder, she brings a community-first mindset to everything from shaping the platform to walking her dog, Jefe, in Atlanta.

David Colby
Head of Technology
David spent a decade leading product and engineering in recruitment tech before co-founding his own company and literally writing the book on modern Ruby on Rails. At Illoominus, he’s focused on building resilient systems and using data to help teams do the same.

Marcus Vause
Head of Operations
Marcus spent ten years in the Navy managing high-pressure teams on submarines. He then transitioned into entrepreneurship founding and scaling a leather goods brand while earning a degree in Business Administration. At Illoominus, he leads using his systems mindset and design instincts to shape both internal processes and the customer journey. Outside of work, he’s still hands-on with his leather brand and lives in Charleston with his dog, Copper.

Roberto builds the brains behind Illoominus' data products, turning complex systems into intuitive tools HR teams actually want to use. He’s brought his engineering chops from both scrappy startups and scaled orgs And he still finds time to run a soccer brand and play the beautiful game on weekends.

Ty brings sharp communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit to his role connecting people leaders with Illoominus. A College of Charleston grad, he’s passionate about meaningful relationships and energized by mission-driven work. Based in Charleston, he’s always on the hunt for great local eats and never misses a chance to cheer on his Philly teams.

Millie supports Illoominus with strategy and analytics expertise shaped by her work in higher education, civic research, and nonprofit consulting. She specializes in making complex data more accessible and actionable for teams. Outside of client work, she serves as an advisory committee member with Literacy Partners.
