Reflecting as illoominus turns one
This week illoominus turns one, and with that, our visual identity is growing up a little too. Leading agency Focus Lab awarded illoominus a brand giveaway because they believe in our mission and team, and we are grateful for that opportunity to invest in our brand at this stage of growth.
Call it a lightning bug, call it a firefly. Our new logo draws inspiration from those tiny, winged creatures that can light up the night sky or a path forward.
And even though our look is new, our mission is the same: lighting the way to a measurably inclusive workplace.
Our updated brand reflects what illoominus learned in our first year about how to better measure diversity for better outcomes.
From co-designing the illoominus platform with our customers over the past year, we learned that organizations need ways to understand the whole employee journey and actionable insights about where to invest effort and resources. We have recently launched employee engagement and talent acquisition use cases that bring multiple sources of data together to help organizations understand (and act on) what's happening across the employee journey.
Our hope heading into year two is that HR no longer has to spend 10X more budget on internal tools that take 7X more time to build than implementing our platform. Our platform is designed to help leaders make efficient use of the best HR tools across the employee journey instead of reporting manually, which takes thousands of hours annually.
For customers- this means going into year two, we’re putting more tools into the toolkit to support them along the journey - data sources, tools to manage their work, and a Community of leaders to share best practices with. This means more time, energy, and resources available to focus on the initiatives that drive results.
