Illoominus welcomes Frank Zhang as Head of Product
Illoominus, which empowers leaders to activate and manage their organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy through data, is thrilled to announce our new Head of Product, Frank Zhang.
Zhang, who previously worked in HR and Enterprise Platforms at ADP (NASDAQ: ADP) and Infor, has joined the Illoominus team to continue growing our platform.
“Just like I have, Zhang has tried to build internal DEI programs and understands well the limitations of current HR Technology towards solving DEI data. Frustrated by a lack of progress in DEI programs, our team is passionate about building a better way. I couldn’t be more thrilled to partner with Zhang on this journey,” said Noelle London, Illoominus’s CEO and Founder.
Zhang’s history of managing product at leading HR and enterprise technology companies will be critical at Illoominus, which quickly is emerging as a leading platform to manage DEI data for organizations.
During his time at Infor, Zhang led product teams to technology solutions to save money and time plus increase efficiencies, with one client expecting revenue increases up to $750,000 annually stemming across their 800 locations. These solutions led to clients winning the Constellation Supernova Awards and other accolades for innovation and utilization of technology.
Before Infor, Zhang led product management for Vantage HR at ADP, focusing on enterprise HR needs. His tenure coincided with the onset of the COVID pandemic and civil rights protests in 2020. During this time, he helped shape the product’s roadmap for DEI features. Before ADP, Zhang took a full vehicle telematics program to market at LeasePlan US, resulting in increased driver safety and efficiency gains of physical assets for LeasePlan clients.
In his personal time, Zhang enjoys UGA football, reading, trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with his family (those with and without fur!). Zhang is a decorated Army Veteran who received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
"All my life, whether it was growing up in the South, serving in the military, or even in corporate America, I never quite fit in," said Zhang. "I've always been keenly aware of the issues that minorities face—having the opportunity to work with Illoominus is incredible because I know that our customers care to make that difference and put their DEI journeys at the forefront of their HR strategy."
